The Wellness Voucher · UAE

Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to the Wellness Voucher, redeemable at all four Tara Rose salons in the UAE: Mamsha al Saadiyat and Khalifa City A in Abu Dhabi, and Al Quoz and Motor City in Dubai.

Purchase closes 31 October 2026
  1. Campaign period. The Wellness Voucher is available to purchase until 31 October 2026. Credit purchased within the window can be redeemed at any point inside the validity period of the voucher you bought, including after the window closes.
  2. Participating salons. The Wellness Voucher can be redeemed at any of our four UAE salons: Tara Rose Mamsha al Saadiyat and Tara Rose Khalifa City A in Abu Dhabi, and Tara Rose Al Quoz and Tara Rose Motor City in Dubai, on the services each salon offers. Mamsha al Saadiyat and Khalifa City A offer the full hair and beauty menu, including all facials. Al Quoz offers hair and beauty services, and its facial is the Signature Relaxing Facial. Motor City is a hair salon and does not offer beauty services. Where a service is not offered at your salon, we book it for you at the nearest salon that offers it, and your credit goes with you.
  3. One voucher, held in your name. Your voucher is a Tara Rose voucher, not a branch voucher, and it is for one person. It is held in your name and is not transferable: it cannot be shared, split or passed on to anyone else. Where it is bought as a gift, it is issued in the recipient’s name and is hers alone on the same terms. The gift voucher included with your tier (term 8) is the only part that may be given to someone else.
  4. Voucher options & validity.

    All-In VIP YearAED 4,500AED 900AED 5,40012 months4 × AED 1,125
Validity runs from the date of purchase. Dip Your Toes must be paid in full; Tabby is not available on that tier. Season of You and All-In VIP Year can be split into four payments through Tabby at no extra cost, subject to Tabby approval and terms.
  5. Using your credit. Your prepaid credit can be used towards any salon service at the participating salons named in term 2, at the Tara Rose menu price on the day you use it. It can also be used towards retail, including home care, and towards new hair extensions. Where a bill comes to more than your remaining balance, you pay the difference in the usual way. Credit cannot be used for cash withdrawals or cash refunds.
  6. Your Self-Care Bonus. On every tier, the Self-Care Bonus added on top of your credit can be redeemed against beauty services, treatments, keratin services and blow-dries only; it excludes hair colour, home care and new hair extensions. It is redeemed with a junior stylist, a blow-dry specialist or a beautician.
  7. December and public holidays. Your credit and your Self-Care Bonus cannot be used in December or on any public holiday, Eid included. Our salons close between Christmas and New Year, and the closure dates are published at each salon and on our website before December. A voucher bought or gifted over that period is issued as normal and booked from the day we reopen, and the days we are closed do not count against your validity. Where a public holiday falls inside your validity and we are closed, your validity is extended by the days we were shut.
  8. Gift voucher. Each Wellness Voucher includes one gift voucher for you to give to someone else, sent digitally, in your name, to the person you nominate: AED 50 with Dip Your Toes, AED 100 with Season of You and AED 150 with All-In VIP Year. Nothing is posted or printed. It can be redeemed against a salon service at any of our UAE salons, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used to purchase retail products or another voucher, and lasts for the life of your Wellness Voucher. Extra friend vouchers, AED 50 each, are available on request while the window is open.
  9. Friend rewards. When a friend who is new to Tara Rose visits with a gift voucher you gave her, AED 50 is added to your credit. This is earned, so it is not counted in what your voucher is worth, and it runs to your voucher’s validity date like the rest of your credit. When three new friends have visited, a facial or a scalp and hair treatment with a blow-dry is on us, at any of our salons. When five have, you are invited to the next window before it opens, with first choice. A friend who has visited any of our salons before does not count towards friend rewards. Friend rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. Included gifts & benefits. Complimentary gifts and benefits are additional to your credit and have no cash value. Depending on your voucher, these include Confidence Mapping, your birthday service, your home kit, journals, priority access to last-minute appointments for your validity period, your gift voucher and friend rewards. Physical gifts are subject to availability; Tara Rose may substitute an unavailable complimentary item with an alternative of similar value.
  11. Your home kit. Each voucher includes a home kit, the self-care at home that holds your rhythm: the Reset Kit with Dip Your Toes; the Season Kit, with the Reset Journal inside, with Season of You; and the Home Ritual Kit, the fuller set, with both the Reset Journal and the 8 Pillars of Wellness Journal inside, with All-In VIP Year.
  12. Birthday service. Your birthday service is a blow-dry with Dip Your Toes; a facial, or a scalp and hair treatment with a blow-dry, with Season of You; and a facial and a scalp and hair treatment with a blow-dry with All-In VIP Year. You can take it on your birthday or on any day you choose within your validity; if your birthday falls in December, on a public holiday or outside your validity, you may take it on any other day within your validity. It is subject to appointment availability. The birthday facial can be carried out by any member of our beauty team. At Mamsha al Saadiyat and Khalifa City A it is a full facial of your choice: Deep Cleanse (60 minutes), Deep Cleanse & Hydration (75 minutes), Deep Cleanse, Hydration & Lift (90 minutes), or the Signature Relaxing Facial with Lifting Massage (45 minutes). At Al Quoz it is the Signature Relaxing Facial with Lifting Massage (45 minutes). Motor City does not offer facials, so a birthday facial for a Motor City client is booked at the nearest salon that offers it. The scalp treatment runs 15 minutes and the blow-dry 45–60 minutes depending on hair length. The birthday service is a service, not an amount, so you have it whatever the menu price is when you take it. The values shown within the campaign represent the standard menu value of the relevant service and are included to illustrate the overall voucher value.
  13. Appointments, cancellations & no-shows. All appointments remain subject to Tara Rose's standard booking, cancellation and no-show policies. Voucher ownership or priority access does not guarantee appointment availability with a particular stylist, therapist, date or time.
  14. Expiry. Your credit and Self-Care Bonus must be redeemed within the validity period of the Wellness Voucher you bought: six months on Dip Your Toes, nine months on Season of You and twelve months on All-In VIP Year, each running from the date of purchase, and extended only as set out in term 7. Your gift voucher and any friend rewards end on the same date. Any unused balance or benefit remaining after that date expires, is not carried over, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  15. Refunds & exchanges. Wellness Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, with one exception: if you have to leave the UAE unexpectedly, tell us and we refund the credit you have not used, pro rata. This does not affect any right you have under applicable law.
  16. Other offers. Wellness Voucher credit, bonuses and complimentary benefits cannot be used alongside any other promotion or offer.
  17. Tabby payments. Where Tabby is offered, approval and payment arrangements are provided directly by Tabby and are subject to Tabby's eligibility requirements and terms. Your voucher is issued once the first payment is taken. Using Tabby does not change the amount of credit included with the selected Wellness Voucher.
  18. Pricing. All prices and values shown are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable value-added tax.
  19. General. Tara Rose reserves the right to reasonably amend or clarify these terms where required for the administration of the campaign, provided that this does not remove credit already purchased by a client. Purchase of a Wellness Voucher confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
